We aim to provide a positive and rewarding experience to all our service users who require permanent or respite care by enabling them to make the most of their lives. Our high standards, facilities and staff enable service users to maximise independence, maintain dignity, protect rights, ensure privacy, exercise choice and enable fulfilment. An emphasis and focus on these core values ensures quality service and care for our service users.

An ideal setting

Our homes are situated in tree-lined residential areas, mostly within walking distance of shops, public transport and local amenities. Each home has an air of individuality and service users are encouraged to choose their own colour schemes for their bedrooms, wherever possible. We provide comfortable living, care and leisure facilities - the ideal setting for retirement, convalescence or relaxation for the day.

Offering elegance & security

There is a range of accommodation options in single, companion and garden rooms. The special needs of older persons are incorporated in the design, colour co-ordination and comfortable furnishings which are complemented by essential security facilities.

Each room offers a secure environment and adjustable heating. Bathrooms with specialist facilities enable service users to bathe safely alone or with assistance. Our gardens are designed for easy and safe strolling. All areas of the home are accessible by either lift/chair lift. Air purifiers in the lounges and regular room cleaning ensure a fresh and clean environment.

Enabling choice & fulfilment

We provide our service users with a variety of choices in their lifestyle. Our in-house kitchens provide a daily selection of wholesome meals prepared from fresh ingredients. We ensure that special dietary needs are met and there is always a selection of home-made cakes, biscuits and fresh fruit. The right environment for the activity of your choice is readily available. The lounges have a view of the gardens for quite relaxation, and for enjoying a variety of programmes on television, video or radio.

Each of our homes is specifically adapted to the needs of our service users, and there is a weekly and varied programme of activities to offer. There are quiet lounges and a dedicated dining area where service users may choose to socialize and enjoy their meals. The right environment for the activity of your choice is readily available. The lounges have a view of the gardens for quiet relaxation, and for enjoying a variety of programmes on television and video.

A trained & caring staff

We believe that a happy and well trained staff are crucial to the contentment and well-being of our residents. Our staff are carefully selected and receive regular and on going training in all aspects of care and service delivery.

Staff are available for you day and night, adapting to your pace and helping you to maximise your independence with dignity and safety.
