In order to respond to the Government White Paper, Our Health Our Care Say and the National
Service Framework for Older People, Aermid is diversifying its community care from traditional
domiciliary care for older people to include support for adults with Enduring Mental Health
Problems, Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Complex Care Needs (such as Ventilation)
and Supporting persons with Dementia and those requiring Palliative Care. Our aim is to support
people to live independently in their own homes with tailored support.
We currently operate in North London and Essex, with Plymouth and Durham due to open this
summer to serve a diverse section of the community. We work in partnership with several local
councils as preferred suppliers. Our care workers are well trained and equipped with 24 hrs
on-call support co-ordinated by the team based at each unit. You can 'contact us' and we
